Good morning nairalanders, straight to the point,I've been trying to get my mom a new car before her birthday in November,decided to get her a compact suv as she's not really a fan of big cars,thing is in brief conversations with her she successfully discredited all the options I had in mind, the Toyota matrix and the Pontiac vibe.Shes been driving an EOD for the last 3 years and she's hinted that she doesn't want another sedan. Now I'm conflicted between the 2007 RAV 4 and the 2007 Honda Cr-V. She's alone most of the time so I'd prefer something with little maintenance and a good fuel economy. Please make the decision-making process easier and feel free to suggest other cars you think would be a better choice budget is 1.5 to 2M based on a little research. Budget is a little flexible

Using your two options, I can only vouch for the CRV since it’s something I used briefly before it got stolen. Very solid car, she’ll enjoy it well

the Crv is similar to the eod in a few ways and will feel more familiar to her as both vehicles shared many components

car wasn’t even the main target, it went during a kidnapping in ph years ago. I assure you though, even yourself will enjoy that car
