2. Get your hot water bottle, castor oil, tick nylon, small towel and an old cloth like singlet or polo that can easily absorb liquid. Fill the water bottle with hot water, rub some castor oil very well on your lower abdomen and on that old cloth too. Then lie down straight facing up on a couch or floor. Spread the singlet or polo on top of your abdomen, cover it with d nylon. Then place the hot water bottle on top of d nylon, cover it with d small towel, relax for about 30-45mins and clean yourself up. That's all. Be careful so u don't hurt yourself oo. The water shouldn't be too hot otherwise u get yourself injured. Pls, castor oil pack should be done after your period and stopped on your fertile period if you're ttcing for that cycle.

Hello mama,banana recipe is taken only on the day after your period ends. First thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Its taken once in 3 months. That is after taking it, you wait for three more cycles before taking the next one if you don't get result within those 3 months. It boosts ovulation and also helps with EWCM.

Instead of taking clomid as u already had cyst, go for bitter leaves, scent leaves and ginger juice. They're natural ovulation booster. You can start taking the juice from CD1 to CD10. The juice works well when there're no underlying issues. Vitex also works very well for hormonal balance and ovulation.

How do i correct this.
I had SFA test last december and my count was 25mill. Active cells of 70% . Before the test, i used manix for a month. My wife has done series of test on her path as well. So, i decided to have the SFA again. But the result is so bad. My count is 5mill and no active cells with scanty grouth of staph aereus.
Please, what should i use to treat the infection and to improve my sperm and its morphology. PLEASE HELP...
