I agree been there at least three times. Behind Imo state government house are Hon Hope Uzodinma uncompleted building, and one of Imo state government agency staff quarter where lies disused gensets and abadoned decayed rooms.
Even if His Excellency Rochas boys vandalized some items, it is a standard procedure in most state house in the world, such happens even in the white house.
Nigeria politicians are naive self centered, waiting for their turn.
What prevented him from meeting the ex governor or the government house administrator to take a tour of his would be residence?

Is this ancient looking toilet inside the brand new Imo State government house? No


Governor toilet patrol, there are critical issues and challenges facing the people of Imo State, not toilet, propaganda, incompetence and daily obsession over your predecessor.

Even if this is the true situation, prove to the people of Imo State that you are a better man, take corrective actions and let is see you actively fixing and taking care of the issues, this is what serious, competent and honest leaders do instead of spending days and wasting time on dirty toilet and broken roof.

Well, I have managed two companies and when I was about leaving, I handed over my registration note, files, furniture, with proper stock taking.

Even if Rochas couldn't do it, he should have gotten someone else to do that.

Now, everyone will believe that Rochas is the liar because he didn't do the right thing.

I do appreciate your comments, What prevented him from approaching Rochas for a formal handover by appointment. Rochas wouldn't be the one, who will call him and say Emeka, you know I will be leaving the government house, come over for a cup of coffee , after I will take you around. Ihedioha to my person even seeing him at close range, do not command a aura of power. No governor or president ever use what the ex left behind. Trump refurnished the white house, Buhari did same etc. You need to sweep aways bugs either of to spy or the other. This confirmed what Rochas said that he Ihedioha will have nothing to do. Take a clue from Sanwo Olu and Makinde, the didn't go about inspecting rooms and toilet, they hit the ground running. Let Ihedioha not be like Wike, who complained about missing kitchen spoons and bedding foam left over by Amaechi

Some leaders prepare and made preparations for governing, they've mapped out goals, they've identified problems and devised solutions, objectives and strategies needed not only to tackle critical issues facing the people but also to make things better hence what the governor and his deputy are doing in Lagos.

Do you think the new governor and his deputy in Lagos state have time to waste on such foolishness like toilet and propaganda just to make Ambode look bad? Such nonsense is for idle people with nothing better to do.

Sadly, the man in Imo State did not prepare for anything hence thinking hitting the ground running means destroying government property and inspecting toilet for propaganda.

This is a sad display of low intellect, incompetence, pettiness, idleness with zero goals, zero objectives, zero sense of duty and obligation, they don't even know their own job descriptions, they think people put them in office to play politics and dish out propaganda.
