makanaky2017:Just apply for a language course programme to save cost, you really don't need the school. you are just using it to get the residence permit to work. Who Arabic language eep? |

Thanks for the enlightenment @xoxo001.. With your analysis, I have 2 questions to ask . 1. How many weeks does it take to get resident permit if admitted by Althuraya or any other school in Jordan ? 2. The Althuraya school program is around 16 weeks, will this be enough for someone to change his /her status ? xoxo001: |

coolsheyi:You can get your residence permit within a week bro and you can start looking for job. Note, the school will not help you with your residence permit unless you come to school regularly for at least a month but you can always get it outside if you can't wait for the school but you will have to go pay for it outside, but the school will give you for free if you wait |

| Re: Life In Jordan For Nigerians by Nobody: 6:27pm On Jun 02, 2019 |
shegoly:unlike other Arab countries, their social life is better not like the western world o but average. there are bars that sell beer and other alcoholic Drinks, hotels with club etc. However, you can't flirt with their ladies, don't go their. The Jordananian ladies are very decent and nice unlike some of their men. You are free to date other foreign ladies anyhow you want, some whites from Eastern Europe self dey here for prostitution. Indians, Philippines women etc are also here. so if you want women to date you can always choose from those foreigners sha. |
