Good. But wow, why's Dragnet opting for a home test for the very first time?

Just received a message from Dragnet informing me about the test date. Does anyone know the venue of test or do we just visit any cyber cafe for it?

Anybody with an idea of what to expect, since this is the first time dragnet is organising a home test.
