Nicki Minaj was compared to Lil Kim, Chris Brown and Beyonce, to Michael Jackson, this same Wizkid with all the nonsense he releases recently, has been compared to Fela, Burna has been compared to Fela....this does not imply being 'better', or even anywhere on the same level, this implies that the newer artistes are following a template similar to their predecessors.

Ms Quality, music is art and dynamic. Sometimes it doesn't have to make sense. Sometimes it can be trashy but marketable. Go to America and listen to most of their songs and raps, they are trash and some trashy ones even make grammy.
