You are still asking the queshion?

There is nothing to be nice about denouncing fraud especially on a public forum like this. 'Tunde' is very right. What you are about to do is fraud and crap, it would affect applicants with genuine family members when CIC notices a pattern and if CIC ever finds out pre-PPR, it is misrepresentation and a 5-year ban.

If you get lucky and have PPR, you would have to "watch your back for the rest of your life because it is straight deportation for you and your friend even when you become naturalized citizens", (that is a direct quote from one of my wonderful AOR whatsapp members).

I hope that answers your question as nicely as possible

Thank you!

Don't waste your time. With all those exemptions, WES won't give you a positive evaluation.

Hi, and thanks for replying. Have you had a negative experience, or know anyone who has? From what I've read so far, the worse case of applying exemptions is getting a one semester evaluation, which is still meaningful. Looking forward to your response.

My PPR JOURNEY PART 2 - IELTS (a.k.a The humbler of men)

Let me start by saying that IELTS showed me shegeeeey! Again error go dey breekete for this write up wella cheesy

First attempt. 05/Jan/2019..BC
LRWS.. 7.5,,6.5,,6.5,,7

I went to this exam with all excitement that we were about to enter the process. I never envisaged what was coming, only if we can see the future.

Second attempt 09/Feb/2019.. BC.

I practised soteey, I almost finished all the listening test on YouTube.

Hia!! It came out. embarassed
LRWS.. 9,,8,,6.5,,7.5
Remark unchanged... I na-anukwa!!

At this point, i lost confidence in myself. Just like what people say "I have never failed any exam in my life". Not just that I have never failed any exam until IELTS, I have never been an average student. With the help of my husband, I dusted myself and registered for another.

Third attempt.. 27/APRIL/2019..BC

A friend advised me to register with MOD. Stubborn me! I say na the same thing everywhere. A na-emenu!

This time, i practised only writing. I reached out to Wasseynewest and joined his group, the guy is a Saint, I must say. I learnt a lot from him.
I also reached out to Johnnybravo who was very busy with other candidates at the time. He had a session with me. He said that my writing was good to fetch me 7 at least. I said to myself "IELTS na me and you for one leg trouser". I must pass, Iwu!!

Brethren!
It came out...
LRWS.. 9,,8.5,,6.5,,8
I am still awaiting the remark ni! lipsrsealed

So Sad.
Infact, I felt worthless.
I cried eeeh. When I see sample writing on IELTS, I just wondered what I did wrong. I thought i had always written what could atleast fetch me 7.
Dusted myself the 3rd time, and quickly registered for another IELTS.

Fourth attempt.. 23rd May 2019

This time I registered with MOD.
A friend chatted me up one day that he had a writing material. He said that he would share the material on one condition, that I must drop all the writing techniques or whatever I had learnt and study the materials to the teeth. I agreed and promised too. After all, what did the ones I learnt fetch.
Na so I read this material bumper to bumper and line by line without thinking of Jay, Liz etc.
On the test day, I must say this was
one of most stressful days of my life. I had to take all the tests same day. I came out of the exam hall downcast and unfulfilled about my writing.I was just blabbering during my speaking test. In my mind, I was planning on the next date to repeat the exam. I started practicing for writing since that day, I focused on Jay and was looking forward to 29th June to write another one because I was not giving up.

Today, I woke up early and broke down in tears cry. My husband consoled me soteey he tire. When it was 11am, I started purging and developed fever. I thought "My God, why have you forsaken me". Meanwhile, i
hadn't checked my result ooo.

At 12:20pm, Mbanu! Why am I doing this to myself ni!
Brethren!
I checked.. Lo and behold!

LRWS... 9,,8.5,,7,,7 grin

My people, I can't describe the joy. The purge stopped, the fever vanished.
Indescribable joy..WHAT A RELIEF!! I wonder what PPR will feel like. lipsrsealed

Venorite and Yemblaze, God will do it for you guys too. kiss
For all those who are still in the struggle, never give up.

The feeling eeh! Chaii!
Chukwu daalu!! To God be the glory.

this is a no fraud zone. Alot of people are into this crap some charging money. When they ban it now innocent people would suffer.

I was shocked to hear people pay 5,000CAD for this arrangee relationship. I don't know why our people are always looking for ways to corrupt a system that's fair to all. That was how they made WES complicate ECA process with this WAEC/NECO evaluation

i personally believe there is no need to worry.
i also received PNP invitation from Ontario last week but i'm yet to accept simply because i believe my score (468) is sufficient for EE route. so i think even though many invitations were issued, many would not be accepted because i noticed ontario targeted a couple of people with high scores who may not even accept because their scores are enough for EE.

so be not afraid.
this people like to do mumu mumu things self. People with high score would never go the PNP route naa

MY WES STORY/TIMELINE grin grin grin

WES acknowledged all received documents 5 days after documents got to them.
SILENCE.....................................................................................................................
First Verification mail received 48 days after:- I kept disturbing my school with calls and they kept saying that they are yet to get any verification mail from WES.
Meanwhile I thought it was my school that was at fault because from all what I read here about WES, it was advised to keep disturbing the school as WES is always right with Verification emails, unfortunately I didn’t send any mail to WES to resend or confirm.
I believe this was WES fault though, probably because I had been bombarding them with emails made them send the first Ver. mail
I got another Verification email 56days after they've acknowledged receiving all documents. (8 days after the first Ver. mail received).
My school responded 3 days later and WES updated my profile 4 days after with my estimated finished date.
From all documents received to completion date 83 days.
But from Verification received to completion date 20 days. (Some longer timeline)

Some people may be lucky and not have such timelines or have longer timelines at another stage.

Below is just my personal analysis from what I have been reading from this thread

Some school take weeks/months or even a year smiley before sending documents
 Acknowledging all documents received may take up to 2 weeks for some and 2 working days for others from WES depending on their workload/volume
 Once Ver. is sent to the school, some schools may also delay with that. (You’ll probably need to shake some hands)
 WES may decide to finally update Ver. received after 2 weeks or 2days depending…
 Some may get estimated completion date after acknowledging verification received same day while for some WES may decide to take their time.
 And finally after Verification is received and acknowledged, some may not be lucky with the 20 days I got wink. Can someone confirm if they delay with that till their 35th day?

Laslas I know everybody go dey alright and it will definitely end in praise.
For everyone at one stage or the other GOD’s got our backs.

@Topsmamen, @ifeoma77, @wassey.., @copr @newmum and others that have been helping in their own way (Even silent readers) GOD BLESS US ALL.

What's the validity period for WES?
Thanks

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited you to apply for permanent resident status
based on the qualifications you claimed in your Express Entry profile. In your Express Entry profile you
indicated you had a relative in Canada who was a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident but have filed
to provide sufficient proof of the relationship.
This change in your qualifications resulted in a loss of points that brought your rank below the lowest
ranking person who was invited to apply in your round of invitation, under the Express Entry
Comprehensive Ranking System.
As I have found that you no longer possess the qualification on the basis of which you were ranked under
an instruction given under paragraph 10.3(1)(h), you no longer meet the requirements of Section 11.2 of
Act.
Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the
Act and Regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application.

Please while sending my documents(transcripts, licensing statement etc) to PEBC, should I include both my PEBC and NAPRA ID. I'm asking cos I am yet to get my PEBC ID but already have the NAPRA ID?
Also can one use his/her SOR in place of Certificate if the certificate is not yet ready for collection?

Does anyone know of any commissioned Police, NSCDC OR DSS Officer who has successfully migrate via NOC 0431? A cousin is about starting the process. He's confused because he's sure that he wouldn't get a reference letter and will also like to know if anyone else has gone through it.

Can someone help me quote the Guru's in the House?

he can be the first and show others the way i think. a colleague should be able to write him a reference if he cant get an official reference. with his promotion letters and pictures i dont think any visa officer would doubt his experience.

I have been reading a lot of comment on this platform and it really gave me a bit concerned to know more about Canadian work permit and also get advice for the next step to take.

I paid agent money to process my brother Canada work permit visa, after 4 months, I got the message that my brother Letter from Canada Immigration has been approved that he wants to book an appointment for biometric so he can go to Lagos for it.

Please, brothers, I don't understand what he means by Letter, can someone explain to me what it means and next step to take so I will know how to follow him..

I will appreciate any advice but no insult pls

You can use your NAPRA number if you don't have PEBC number now but do note that you'll need to quote the latter for subsequent correspondence. I don't think you can use you SOR as the official site says your certificate should be one you can hang in your house meaning the original certificate issued by your school.

Never heard of anyone who has applied with NOC 0431 but let him go ahead and apply. Can he get a colleague to write him the letter? If he can't, he should write the letter himself. See this and this.

You PEBC ID should be available to you within 24-48hours after completing your PEBC payment. I didn't include my NAPRA ID in my ECA form, just the PEBC ID. I used my SOR (Both BPharm and PharmD) because my certificate wasn't out and I had no hassle at all. I've gotten my ECA already.
