For the Coding Class , the Lagos Government could not have invested Billions of Naira , i am only hearing about the 4000MW IPP , Akwa Ibom and Rivers state including transcop has IPP and they are not owing Billions of Naira and there is no link to the 4000MW IPP online , if you have please provide
