There's this story of a rich man in America who bought his teenage son a very expensive car. The young boy soon crashed it.

The dad bought him another expensive ride which the boy dutifully crashed again. His dad was fed up and asked his friend for help

His friend advised him to give his son work in his company and boy should use the proceeds of his salary to buy a car.

The rich man did just that. He gave the boy a job in his company. The teen with his salary bought a cheap second hand car which the teen treated with extra care and never crashed it.
