From the pictures so far Owerri is the worst state capital not just in the SE but also SS. There is no difference right now between Aba and Owerri. Just look at this pictures, you will think it is Aba but this is Owerri CBD. This is not even an out skirt but the central locations of Owerri.

The same Owerri, abogwara used propaganda to deceive people about. There is no way you can buy anything and eat once you arrive in Owerri and meet the mess on ground.
