Stingy to themselves? Such girls that like buying the latest trendy things for themselves... Peruvian hair, iPhone, designer bags, etc.

They are not stingy to themselves at all. They probably don't use the money wisely to upgrade and develop themselves in terms of education/trainings but use it on frivolities.
