Unfortunately, I arrived the party late. The discussion has ended but I will like to add the fact that most people always get carried away when discussing Apple vs Samsung, they always think its just iOs vs Android where as it is more than that...

Samsung has its own refreshing customization and interface that no other Android manufacturer can rival, it was touchwiz but now the one UI is killing them sha. When a Samsung Flagship goes head on with the best iPhone, it beats the iphone overall, provided that each area considered is being scored grades and calculated like a GPA. Let's say the iOS on iphone XS Max scores a A in Software optimization, a Galaxy S10+ will score at worst a B here. Whereas when it comes to overall features, if a Samsung Galaxy S10+ scores A, a XS Max can score as high as a C and so on like that.

Not to mention the fact that the features we're tired of using on Sammy always get to iphones after a decade and we won't hear word again. The wireless powershare on s10 might get to the iphone in 2025 now for example and they will start making noise again as if its new. In short, Apple is like Chelsea, they make noise on little achievements and Samsung is like Manchester United, lots of accomplishment, no noise whatsoever.

Btw, it surprises me when guys here think People buy only iPhones and pity Samsung for not selling. I personally sell Samsung phones more than iPhones, the ratio is even too bad. I sell about 20 high end samsung smartphones before selling a single iphone. So it depends on your location and audience. Those who are smart business people and want to get work done buys Samsung while those who want to show off and slay goes for iPhones.

Samsung UI is boring compared to where I'm coming from. I used a Jiayu device 5years ago and then started using Xiaomi 3years ago both midrange phones before I ported to Samsung flagship i.e Note 9 last year.

- Samsung doesn't have an official app locker on their ui
- No internet speed indicator like it present on miui and every other android out there
- No accurate data monitoring like I had on miui that gives me daily, weekly and monthly metering
- icons and fonts on the smallest scale are still very large for my big screen, where as on Xiaomi I customize my icons and font size to as small as the eye cannot even see
- no good themes and fonts readily available for users all has to be paid for. I had to start using Launcher that I never used for 3years on Xiaomi because of it endless UI customization.
- Miui has Second Space that can literally serve as a second user space just like we have on windows
- Xiaomi also has a dual app features on it UI that can make you duplicate apps
-etc.

So for a phony like me. SAMSUNG UI is pretty boring thus correcting the notion that it interface customization can't be rival by other manufacturers

Pass me a google pixel jare. iPhone and Samsung na old glory. The way I'm seeing iphone sef, they will soon fall like blackberry with all their too much restrictions(no fast charging off the box upon theor ridiculous prices etc) and all. I'm not hating o. I've been using Galaxy A70 with One UI for less than a week now, i can find many of the features he claim not to be on Samsung, if he his ready we can go head to head.

When they buy miui first thing they do is to customise their device with Samsung pack, same people that say Samsung is overrated will still want their Miui to look like an overated Samsung

Bro no one is saying One UI is Trash, it's a good interface but what I quoted is was about customization based on the customization I've seen before

Anyone is free to customize their devices with any pack they want, I'm currently using Xiaomi's Poco Launcher on my Note 9

What other ui have you used before, maybe you would have a glance of what I'm saying, and I'll gladly be happy that you point out those features for me please so I can be enjoying them too.
