. Incase your phone soft brick, you can easily bring it back to life when bootloader is unlocked, especially by flashing a custom recovery like TWRP, and then flashing the recovery rom through it.

This is guaranteed, unrestricted access into brickland for sure. Flashing the android pie update again is the only remedy I see here
You'll need to flash the fastboot rom, but was the bootloader unlocked? Do you normally see 'unlocked' under your screen when booting up your phone?

if the phone boot loader is Locked , in as much the phone is global version and the previous rom is Globa , u can flash global rom with lock bootloader

my redmi7 is global version and I just bought it, is there any need to unlock the bootloader?

Not compulsory, but I think it's better to have it unlocked just incase.

If you are using RN7, just go to albums, you will see the pictures there. Each picture, especially those taken with portrait are on individual folders and so they won't appear on the camera part of gallery even though the same camera took them
. So just swipe to folders and scroll down, you will see them. If it doesn't work, just post screenshots of your gallery

Hi...Yes.
I always see unlocked. What's the meaning of that?
How can I flash the fastboot ROM?

Also, after I restored back to factory settings, it misbehaved for a while say some 1hr. Now, I have used the phone for about 7hrs and its has not hung up or misbehaved again ... Should I still worry?

Good morning all. Pls I noticed something on my rn7 donno if it's perculiar to mine but in changing wallpaper and putting customized lock screen it always reverts back to the default wallpaper and lock screen. Is anybody experiencing same?

Mix-up your phone number with alphabets when dropping them, or use dots to space them
