Bros they are talking about time there and not the competition; it means nations league now occupy the time they use to play friendly matches in FIFA calendar. Thats why they used largely because their will still be friendly but it will be limited due to nations league, if it is a substitute for friend matches why is qualifier matches? Every european nations suppose to qualify for it authomatically. You dont need to thank me i know english can be hard sometimes.
