This is the height of nonsense. If it was someone like Dino Melaye or any PDP member that got a favorable judgement, INEC will immediately implement the judgement. By refusing to give him his certificate of return today as ordered by the court, they will be denying him the right to participate in deciding the leadership of the 9th assembly tomorrow.

It appears INEC might wait a little longer for d legal quagmire Okorocha found himself to be resolved cos as it's now two courts of equal respect have given conflicting pronouncements on same matter. An Imo State High Court restrained INEC from giving him d certificate of return while an FCT High court just recently ordered INEC to release. Am sure by Tuesday meeting INEC will ask Okorocha to wait for appeal court adjudication. Bookmark this analysis and thank me later.

1. Tell the court Okorocha/APC did not win the election and declare the rightful winner

Or

2. Issue Okorocha a certificate of return immediately

They can’t have it both ways

Thank you, I don't get INEC's game plan here..... You're not filling a case against him nothing. You just decided to hold his certificate for nothing. And you can't deny his constituency representation. Court has ruled on that many times
