It depends on the type of apps you wanted to build as well as the type of device you wanted to build for..
I would recommend you start learning with Android or flutter

Yea, I am thinking of Andriod since i use android device too. Do i need any basic programming knowledge to start.

I can refer you to someone who will teach you online (he will charge you though but not that high) or i can recommend some app you can get started to learn from
