She got scrappy shots and nothing threatening.Having shots at goal does not necessarily imply that the shots were of good quality. I have been watching almost all the matches at this female world cup and Osoala is one of the very few players that cover the highest distance. How many of our players can cover the kind of distance she coveres. Her goal was the nerve settler and was so good. The manner she gave the slightest touch to the ball to go into the net is something that a lot of male strikers cannot even do at such a tight angle. She made a couple of heavy touches and you want to criticise her. The young lady on haircut that supplied her the pass is another fantastic player. She was the second best after Osoala. Did you not see how Kalu came in and got tired and could not even move much? For female football standard, Osoala is awesome with her runs and pressure. Do you even know how many moves she intercepted and used her physique to stop a lot things?Her man of the match award was well deserved.

How many balls came to her throughout the match?
Korea had just 7 shots on goal in the entire 90 minutes. Of the seven shots, the only threatening one was the one she fumbled. She tried no doub tbut comparing her with Osoala's performance makes no sense. Even the midfielders did not cover as much distance as Osoala and she scored a television goal that can be up for one of the best goals of the tournament. Osoala also broke a lot of attacks fromthe Koreans and disrupted their plays severally.
