I had to create a new account to remain anonymous....
I was working before I resigned to build my own business..
I ventured into the business with all my savings... it's 8 months since I started the business yet nothing to show for it...
It all started when one of the equipment I bought was very inferior and has gone bad, as a result I cannot continue production..I tried getting a loan of about 200k to fix it, but it's not possible because my credit score was so low...
I had to follow my friends to work in building construction sites(day job) to see if I can raise the money, but the job is not regular and.. my shop rent would be expiring next month and yet I have been unable to raise the amount I need...
Everything I try to do in other to improve my situation is not working out..
Of recent the lady I wanted to marry ended our relationship which made the matter worst.. Right now I depend on sleeping pills in other to sleep well at night..
I have become more active in religious work, yet my situation is yet to improve...
Frustrations all over me but I believe I will be strong and come out of this situation.. ..

DON'T do things that can be unhelpful

Pressure them to "just relax" or "calm down"
Stay away or avoid the person.
Pressure them to manage how they're feeling with drugs or alcohol.
Assume that you can make them feel less anxious on your own.
Help them avoid situations that make them feel anxious.
