I don't know what you're arguing about. The report you cited places SW and SE at par and it's for 2010. You brought up 2016 and I asked you if it tells you that SE did better than SW, you refused to respond.

I brought up 2018 report that clearly tells you that SW is doing better than all the regions and you couldn't refute it.

The report you are referring to is poverty, deprivation and human Development indices, mind they are many easterners in West especially Lagos
