I just saw the video now, Russia is crazy o.... I think they are planning something and whatever it is, its not good and besides its like China is trying to be on their good side. About 20 times the speed of sound, that's super fast.

I don't know how they do it, the missile would be timed to explode when it's very close to the incoming warhead. The nuclear warhead increases the explosive radius, thus making up for its inaccuracy?

On the last pic, That's not a regular camp, They are known as "Long Range Surveillance Unit" , Sometimes they work with millitary intelligence guys in smaller units.They are expected to go deep into enemy lines,
and disappear for days or even weeks at times. ........ observee and report back to HQ and avoid contact with the enemy or even the local population at all times, as long as possible ..

So because of the nature of their roles, they require a higher level of personal Security PERSEC than regular units.

The five primary missions of LRS unit are surveillance, zone and area reconnaissance, target acquisition, and target interdiction. Combat assessment/battle damage assessmen

Basically they do the work of UAV drones but from the ground.
