These are some common errors i see Nigerians make that is so annoying to me. And yes no one is wearing red in that picture! The writer is just a lazy r3tarded f00l that cannot describe correctly!!!

So because he is an officer makes him not want to pay for the fare? Did he purchase fuel or he owns the vehicle ? People can really abuse the little power at their disposal and it goes a great length in showing how dysfunctional our society is.
