Google must have mistakenly thought your phone was Huawei which they wan block from Google apps already. . grin

Let them know say na Xiaomi you dey use o, no be Huawei

You probably bought the Chinese version with global ROM or you have an unlocked bootloader but it shouldn't limit your apps na. It's strange.
