The hard reality is that second hand market is cheaper and commands more sales. Many wouldn't have access to such gadgets except through such means.

Question is how will you know a second hand gadget was stolen?

You should know the girl cannot be the owner, she is not a laptop seller and has no shop.

According to our laws, it's easy to convince the judge yoiu did not know it was stolen. All you have to do is show that
(1) You bought it from a market or shop where used phones are sold
(2) What you paid is within the price range such a phone would normally command
(3) You bought it in the day time

Sometimes I feel so bad about the comments I see on Nlds, as if some people coments just for coment sake or that's how daft they are or been sarcasm, or just cant digest nor they are just doing it for fun, they will totally deviate from context of the message to criticize then if fall victim they started shouting, calling names, stay off stolen items that's the message yet very difficult for u to comprehend
