Why can't this containers be welded permanently to the trucks and the goods inside are loaded and unloaded through the rear door, how is this so complicated to be carried out when it is not rocket science.

I don't blame sanwoolu. Lagosians voted him so that containers will roam and park in Apapa.

Reason why i lose my seatbelt whenever i am beside a Container, tanker, trucks and heavy vehicles in an hold up or “go slow”.

Also, i prefer to be behind or in front of them than being beside. I am always on the lookout. My God protect us.

Some passengers too can be very annoying. They will keep telling the driver to move the vehicle closer because they don't want overtakers.
When you are on a bus , and your driver moves the vehicle closer to the container, some passengers will still halla not minding the container.

When i remember that NYSC babe that died just like the way that container fell on those cars ,it pains me.

The day it affects any top politician or their families that's when they will have the will to end this avoidable menace. NIGERIA!!!

Unfortunately, it won't happen as their family members don't reside in those areas. Tomorrow, Nigerians will support same rulers leaders. No sympathy whatsoever!

Lagos is both a death trap and a ticking time bomb.

Nigeria might be a zoo but Lagos is the headquarters

Avoidable deaths. Families would be made to grieve needlessly.

When laws ought to be passed for containers to be latched or fined 500k and if fined five times forfeit the truck.

This is the litmus test for the new governance in Lagos. Its time for smart decisions and smart laws been passed smartly. No more excuses

All containers must be latched and should be subjected to tests once every six months to push out unfit haulage trucks off the road.

If we see an unfit truck on the road, its purely a gasket, gaskia. No need to wait for accidents. Get unfit trucks off the road

Oam4j Mynd44

Please push this doctrine so the authorities can see it and do the needful abeg.
They should first of all fix the roads, containers don't fall off trucks on good roads. However, those drivers and whatever companies they represent should be made to face the consequences of driving unstable trucks.

Containers should never be transported by roads, they should use railway. Fuel should also be transported only between 10pm and 5am, not during the day. These are common sense things, no rocket science involved. Nigeria is really a shit hole.

Yea I get you, but in cases where d roads are too bad, as soon as one side of d vehicle bends too much with such heavy load, it definitely will fall.

It is bad roads that cause trucks to tilt and fall.
