Absolutely! but it appears unlikely, so i say hit them were it hurts, their pockets. once their means of lifelyhood is taken away they will start blackmailing each other then the truth will start been revealed about why issues like this tragedy occures regularly without it been resolved, i believe some people are benefitting from the cause of this accidents.
