Pls Help!!! My husband want to buy Nigeria Used (Toyota Camry 2008/09) Muscle For the purpose driving it as Taxi

He wants to use it to do Uber or Taxify
Can he go ahead?

He wants to drive it by himself though but pls help with useful information on if he should go ahead and get it or if you have any car that you can refer for us. Budget is between 1m to 1.2m

His budget. I will say he shouldn't go for a 'muscle'.
A 'muscle'of that amount is likely to be problematic.

He should go for a 2003 to 2006 corolla, it will be better for him, with better fuel economy and very cheap for maintenance... That's what most of the uber guys use.

He should abort mission.

If for Uber, i will advise he should search for a Corolla and not a muscle. He may most likely be buying a vehicle that isn't in a good condition and moreover, even though he wants to drive himself, a 1.6 to 1.8 L engine is superb for Uber business when compared to the muscle.

A 4 cylinder muscle has the same fuel consumption with corolla. Let him look for a 4 cylinder muscle for that amount.

For Uber biz, it is the best car to buy. Quote me anywhere.

Muscle is a high maintenence car, have you bothered to ask how much the shock absorbers, shaft, etc cost and these are things you will have to change regularly.

I'll advise you go for camry 03/04/05 but not muscle

Tell your husband to run from such mechanic if he doesn't want to die before his time. Such mechanics can even use red oil as engine oil when you are not around to supervise the work.

Buy corolla 2005-2008 in Good condition and enjoy.

he should get a car with lower fuel consumption, most Uber/Bolt drivers use Corolla for a simple reason ie fuel economy.

A corolla 03-06 should be OK. For me, i will go with an 09 civic american spec. Im not a Toyota fan boy.

For a budget of 1m to 1.2m, a Camry muscle may likely be a bad buy unless it's distress sale. Don't get scammed into buying a lemon. I would recommend he goes for Honda civic, say 2008. He may find a good used one for that budget.

it's better to go for corolla at d budget u have, 1.3 for Camry, my sister u go work Taya on am, but for corolla d same amount u get a decent Nigerian used corolla and it's efficient too.
