I just bought a 1.5 plot of land in ologuneru area of Ibadan. I am new to property market and based in the UK. I want to build a 5 bedroom bungalow with penthouse in the front and 2 or 3 bedroom at the back. I am looking for house design and approximately how much it will cost to complete the 5 bedroom. Can anyone help pls? Many thanks

Thanks for your input. No I do not like that design. That looks like a proper duplex or a storey building.
