Thank you. There's hope and I believe. We will know on Thursday. But our girls really did well. The silly rule on penalties started Jun 1st.

FIFA needs to review that rule.

I think the coach did the right thing, at least this match shows that we are technically sound unlike in the past. The French was obviously superior but we held our ground, nice zonal marking and good tactics from the coach, pray we go far.

The fact that you assume my comment is meant to rile you up and not to state a fact, shows that it is you that is obviously frustrated.

Did you answer the question I asked as well? No. The worst you can do is insult dead people, and that is between you and the dead.

Abegii

What is abegi? Can you see the player that suppose to support our LB gassed out and left her exposed?

He ought to have responded quickly after France brought in two fresh legs.

Can you see the dynamic of the game changed as soon as we brought in two players?

So is FIFA gonna disregard the fact that there were French players in he box. This competition is clearly rigged for certain nations and it shows in their officiating. What a useless set of people the French are. Absolutely shameful. If our girls fail to go through, I will redirect my football senses towards Copa America and AFCON. I don’t have time for impartial bullshit.

Wish our SE could have good goalkeepers like SF
Sentiments aside that was a penalty cuz there was contact whether intentionally or not.
Our goalie was off the line b4 the ugly french giant kicked the penalty which nullified it.
But our girls made me so so proud today and their discipline was top notch, they came for a draw but VAR said no. The defence played excellently well even though our MF collapsed.
Kudos to our darling Super Falcons we are proud of you!

I understand your point sir. Apparently it's a new rule starting from June 1st you can google it or check even BBC and co. It was a couple of inches of infringement even by the new rule which i agree is silly. At times VAR is good but it's making the game too robotic to be honest. If we remember the last world cup final, there was one silly call that led to a goal or even a penalty which didn't really look like it. Remember the Man U vs PSG penalty incident, that's VAR sir. Unfortunately I am on the receiving end today.

This match is an eloquent testimony to the fact that with good strategy, a poor team can squeeze results off teams with far higher quality.

Hope Rohr is watching.

2 French players in the box. Clear daylight robbery. And they have the gall to celebrate as if they did on their own merits (or lack thereof).

So the issue then is the rule and not the officiating. if it's a rule then don't blame the law enforcers for enforcing it.

I agree it's a stupid rule no doubt. My point is lets not play the victim card here. We still have a very good chance of qualifying.

The referee should have gone all the way by carding all the french players in the box when the penalty was taken.

You want to apply the rules? Then do it all the way.

He should have made changes as soon as France brought in two fresh legs.

This coach did the same thing Rohr did at the world cup. Slow thinking coaches.

If it was Nigeria that missed a penalty and the French goalie crossed line, would they ask for replay? When Nigeria earned a penalty against Argentina last year, dem give us?

Na only European and S/American teams these useless rules dey favor, yet, some people want us to suck it up and keep moving. If not for their fake "We love everybody" anthem that this useless, racist FIFA does, dem no go even invite African countries come this competition, that is why they do everything in their power to ensure the negros go home early for all their high level competitions, then leave cadet football for us.

I wish Africa would boycott these their tournaments, but na greed dey make us chop shiiit.

Thank you sir. We can't take sentiments out of life and we can't take life out of sentiments. Most people are just aggrieved now because we were so close!!!! Hopefully our -2 GD will be enough to see us through. I don't see Cameroun or New Zealand beating each other by 2 nil to cancel or equal our GD, so that leaves one more team to be below us. For me, Argentina and Scotland will probably play out a draw. Prayer now is for Chile not to beat Thailand by 4 to nil. If one of these last three games go our way, na ope be that. or make Italy nack Brazil like 4 nil (that one go hard sha). Fingers crossed but whatever happens, we have done well. My regret is we could managed the Norway game better like today and concede less. But a great showing by our girls nonetheless.
