tactius:You are the kid that needs growing up. Imagine an opinion that voters database which exists before 2015 is the reason for the servers. INEC have said they use the servers for result collation experimentation. That's after they denied having any servers. Its not about Atiku or Buhari but INEC. Your biased opinion reeks of sentiments on behalf of INEC. After Buhari and Atiku's case, there must be jail terms for INEC's staffs cause of perjury. |

sapientia:We know they have a database, just for the total number of voters. whether they had a sepearate database for transmission of results is what is in dispute. And you are still being very rude. Grow up. I am not a child, and I am not your mate. Again, your comment reflects badly on you. If you abuse me again, I will most certainly report you to the mods. Good morning. |

Premium Tines didn't say anything different from what INEC have told the country. Yes, 2.27 billion naira was budgeted for Inec to maintain computers etc, 1.47 billion was released to them, so the remaining 800 million was not released. First, it is even illegal for INEC to transmit results electronically because the constitution, electoral law, 2010 and INEC guidelines did not make provision for that, so premium times have not done any tangible investigation but repeat what INEC have been saying, they collected 1.47 for computer maintenance. |

bus1:You're actually ignorantly contradicting yourself. Many people don't even know what a server is or the intricacies in maintaining it. What's data? If information or people's data are being stored to the server, why wouldn't inec store the election results with the same server? Or is the database system only meant for storing the voter's information? |

I’m sorry to say this; now we know the difference between a Dr and a professor. INEC Chairman should apologize to Nigeria and come out to say the truth, if not he will be sentence to life in jail. Did he know how many people lost their life’s , due to the fake result pronounce? People were confuse about the result, because all is clear that Atiku win, but can’t just understand the magic they did. If the judiciary didn’t correct this mess, Nigeria is finish |

Psoul:it is not a crime and it is not illegal for INEC to experiment. what it simply means is that INEC cannot use results obtained from such experiments OFFICIALLY. not just inec, but other parastatal. research and experiments is being carried out regularly so as to improve the system. budgeting money for somthing does not mean that it was actualized. budgets are yearly instruments to achieve a target. so guy the budget has d |

McCoy662:The guy doesn't know what he is saying.Since they budgeted for servers and a top official from INEC came out on channels t.v to say they would transmit election results electronically to their servers from each card reader ATIKU has an evidence already. At this stage the best thing is to nullify the election result because INEC has failed Nigerians and they have not been truthful. |

Racoon:Use your sense now and stop wailing! The adrenaline that's pumping into your blood stream wouldn't let you understand what INEC was saying. "A spokesperson for the commission, Festus Okoye, told PREMIUM TIMES the budget for servers was made in anticipation that President Buhari would sign the amended Electoral Act to allow electronic transfer of voting results." |

tactius:Only kids grow up so telling someone to grow up means calling the person a kid. I simply reciprocated. INEC have voters database even before 2015. The servers INEC needed was for collation of votes. They have already denied they have no servers until Premium times exposed them. Good afternoon. |
