tuniski:
The appeal court that does review based on a day's sitting, is over ruling a tribunal that sat for about 180days. just cos a judge was alleged to have been absent on a single day.

Technicalities sef get limit nau. Abegi Supreme court should do justice by declaring Adeleke/PDP winners.
Look at you, setting yourself up for my usual bashing.if the appeal court did review just on one sitting,is it not same one day the supreme court is using? Respect yourself

Bashing ko washing ni hehehehehehe. Yes, at least you now know the Supreme court has 60days to deliver judgment. The import of my post is to emphasize that even if it is true, missing a day's trial session cannot invalidate a Trial judge input/judgment in a trial that lasted for almost 180days.

The Appeal court and supreme courts are review courts who sit for a day on facts generated by the trial court/tribunal.

Technicalities must surely have limit.

can you please post the details on what the appeal court said that you are relying upon. at least we will all start from here. like I always say, jankara judgments from the appeal court will never hold any water. supreme court will do the needful by serving justice from the tribunal judgement.

....so u people believe the supplementary elections will be voided
U are playing I think!!
What is embedded in INEC GUIDELINE....
Even from the faces of PDP coubsels ...u know is a case closed against them
I don't even know why the people argue blindly here, Infacts from the jankara appeal court judgement, the 4 judges that ruled on the case doesn't justify their judgement on the supplementary election. they justified their judgment on justice obiora that doesn't attend one sitting in the tribunal sittings. that's why if you read justice mbaba very well, which is the minority judgement in the appeal court, he judged based on what the majority judgment of the tribunal. he dismissed any form of supplementary election in the governorship election.

From this, wole son did well.he's preparing his son for the bigger stage to take over from him.the supreme court during the kogi guber case clearly legalised supplementary polls
from where did he did well? he's only arguing on what's on. kogi state governorship election is highly different from osun state governorship election. how could a returning officer cancelled the poll. how could he declared the election inconclusive?? tribunal should be the one decide on that.

Use your common sense na.if there are irregularities in some polling units and the presiding officers instead of cancelling the elections still presents results from there who should cancel it? If there was violence in a unit and the inec staffs are kidnapped or run for their lives and are unreachable,is it not the returning officers that will cancel results? I know you are jobless but let's assume that at your workplace, your subordinate presented a poor job to you,is it not in your place to reject it?
Facts before the court clearly showed that elections didnt hold in that 7 units during the main polls so the tribunal erred.

Performances in court doesn't really matter, what matters is what you present to the court and how you back it up with the relevant laws.if we go by performances, ikpeazu didnt do well.on that day,a certain guy called sanorama was updating us live on what was happening at the court.ikpeazu made mistakes and apc didnt meaning apc did better.but lets leave performances aside.the pdp team made telling mistakes in the suit.when he quickly discovered,he moved a motion for correction and amendment.the court didnt correct it.by July 5,we would know if the court accepts the amendment or not.secondly, the apc team quickly took advantage of the mistakes and moved a motion that the suit should be struck out based on those errors.
Yesterday, same supreme court ruled against ibrahim little of kano pdp,one of the reasons being that he made a technical error.i called your attentiob to it.the court under tanko loves striking out cases because of technicalities plus olanipekun is a king in exploiting technicalities

I could remember rivers state governorship election thread then. you don't sleep all through till inec declared governor wike the winner of the poll. keep on jumping from one thread to another defending your party Apc. inec has already appealed the case likewise pdp senatorial candidate representing IMO west too has gone to court to seek redress on the case. it's court that will decide on Rochas case.

Is it not you that's on nairaland yesterday typing lies about Abba Yusuf of pdp. at the end abba Yusuf won his case in the Supreme Court yesterday. why ranting again. well it's part of you and your Apc members. your propaganda can never hold any water again. you can only be deceiving yourself here. thank God for laws that's backing the electoral matters.

Abba Yusuf won his case in the Supreme Court yesterday, you lost in that. more to follow. you never understand law, your lies and propaganda will never help your party Apc.

it's not on technicalities propagandist. engineerboat even post the case the justice preciding on the case rule yesterday. still you won't read his reply. it shows vividly that you know nothing about law. it's the response of your party members that comment you are following. you better call your propagandists to come online and help you out. when are you taking governor wike to court loser. you are only seeking my attention here with your lies and propaganda, I won't give you here.

you will never address what's happening in your party and its leadership and you will be running from one thread to another defending your failed party. pdp came with full force by rising from 7 to 15 states, they have done extremely well in achieving this feat, more victory for them. unlike your party Apc that's still battling with party leadership. we will see how oshiomole will defeat obaseki in edo state. thank God PA oyegun is there. I will really watch series of videos on it. when you are not ready to read law books backing electoral matters, the judges will be explaining it to you. it's when Abba Yusuf won his case in the Supreme Court yesterday that you changed your tune. in some weeks to come, you will still change your tune. it's part of you. besides I prayed for more victory for Abba Yusuf of pdp in Kano tribunal.
