But Buhari never attended any Federal executive council meeting during President Jonathan's regime even though he was still been paid his full entitlement as an ex head of state yet no body queried him, so why is he now disturbing another ex leader for not attending a ceremonial event?

Probably Momodu is not following the issue, OBJ said he was not invited that is the reason why he never turned up for the occasion. The response from the presidency was as a result of the statement credited to OBJ.

Let the presidency shows us a copy of the invitation sent to and received by Obasanjo.
