This is very sad.

My personal decision remains that instead of going to a swimming pool. I use paint bucket, fill it up and bath like a dolphin in my bathroom.

It's the same thing. Nigerian swimming pool = war zone.

A risk assessment may find that constant supervision is not required. aside that, please please please all parents - take some time out to teach your kids to swim.if for nothing else - your son will thank you in his later years for the erm free license to erm tap current from chicks he would be teaching to swim.

Children that their parents don't take for swimming lesson will just see water and dive in. Water has a lot of dynamics and can't be handled anyhow. Please tell your children to avoid swimming pool.
