Arguing about development in Delta state is a whole different ball game entirely than using an airport which is own by shoreline, a private company to blame the government for it's under development. You and Mr jollof are ignorant of the fact and reality on ground.

I'm well travelled, and I understand what leadership truly entails... If what I have seen in Delta state in 20 years of Democratic rule with trillions in allocation, is a true representation of the dividends, then kudos.

I personally detest bad or poor leadership, whether at national, state or local government level. We should learn to call it as we see it.

how long has Delta State been inexistence?
you were the one that brought Edo into this.
i have been to all southeast state except abia and the only state in a better position than Delta is Anambra. I have been to Lagos,ogun and osun in the southwest and I see anything in ogun that is better except maybe because of their closeness to Lagos so there are job opportunities due to companies moving in. never been to the North except a few days visit to a friend who was schooling in Bauchi so I can't say what is on ground there.
before you compare States, know that some states in Nigeria were already in existence and well developed using national treasures before others were carve out recently because they were being abandon . Delta is a place that was abandon by the Benin base Bendel government. the Delta you see today is as a result of the good work of Ibori.
Benin should be the best town in southsouth not a place where buckets are used in bailing water from home whenever it rains heavily.
we should not be making this comparison because the Benin based Bendel government wickedly abandoned Delta but here we are today with Delta already better than Edo an ancient state.

and finally Delta is a state with many tribes and many large town where you can't develop one part and leave another like you guys did with Edo.
you should also know that there are two public airport in Delta unlike Edo were you have 1.
I want to also remind you that warri is not the capital of Delta State so I may need to know any town in Edo apart from the state capital that can be compared to warri

I am not arguing with about whether Delta state is under developed or not, we all know that as Nigerians and Deltans truly we are not enjoying the gains of democracy. My only refutal was Mr jollof accusing the government wrongly because of the airport and also comparing Delta state with Edo state in terms of development. Just like we all know the likes of Akwa Ibom and some few states are ahead of Delta state in terms of development but not Edo state. Thank you.
