Justice Ayokunle Faji of a Federal High Court in Lagos State on Monday, issued a bench warrant for the arrest and production in court of CEO of Innosson Nigeria Ltd, Innocent Chukwuma and two others, over fraud allegations.

Innoson was asking for 50% of GTB. Is he mad? Does he think its GEJ's era where he can do anyhow? Most of these rich men buy Judges. Why would an international reputable bank like GTb cheat Innoson

I want the court to appoint a mediator to intervene and help the parties resolve this issue. Im beginning to have empathy on Chief Chukwuma and think he is being disrespected and harassed unecessarily. No need for this kind of humiliation, he deserve to be respected even if he is wrong. He is a man of value in his culture, society and ethnic group....he represents something to them and that something has a value that should not be dragged in mud.

The court is there for adjudication.

Let's see how it plays out.
