Buhari and his APC folks played ahead of time. The removal of Onnoghen nailed it all.

While it is undeniably certain Buhari, the APC and INEC blatantly rigged the election, it is expressly glaring the Judiciary is so polarised and polluted by the Presidency that they cannot deliver justice on this Election Petition.

In any case, I offer my unwavering support to Atiku and the PDP in their resolve to pursue this matter headlong and see to its conclusion. At least, it will tell the world how USELESS our Judicial system is.

When the judiciary ruled and gave PDP Zamfara free of charge they hailed them as the defender of the oppressed.now they are being termed as biased.

It's your country's judicial system.

We all know that Server, Card Reader, Election Results Transmission etc are alien to 2010 Electoral Act used for 2019 elections.

Why are you Atikulooooters blaming the judiciary?

Who made the law? Is it the judiciary?

Even Atiku Legal Team knew abinitio that he couldn't rely on Server to get judgement turned in his favour because server is not recognized by any law in Nigeria. It's their Legal Fees that won't allow them to give proper advice to their Principal.

The same even for Card Reader see the case of Nyesom Wike vs Dakuku Peterside (2015) where the use of Card Reader was declared an aberration, an alien, and null and void.

If this is a judicial precedence set in 2015, which all PDP family applauded then, therefore, Buhari too can rely on it since the electoral law remain the same.

Atiku is indeed a bad loser.

Tribunal Rejects Atiku, PDP’s Request To Access INEC’s Server.
The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has rejected the request of the Peoples Democratic (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, to have access to the server of the Independent National Electoral Commission.

A five-man panel of the tribunal unanimously refused the request, saying issues have been joined by parties on the existence or otherwise of the server.

The judges say the tribunal cannot delve into those issues at the interlocutory stage.

https://www.channelstv.com/2019/06/24/breaking-tribunal-rejects-atiku-pdps-request-to-access-inecs-server/amp/?__twitter_impression=true
I read a more detailed report of this judgement on another media,I would have disagree completely with the judges decision but for the fact that they said the main issue of the server will be dealt with during the main hearing, opportunity must given to Atiku/pdp to prove beyond doubt that this said server exist n let INEC also defend her denials beyond mere claims, I'm surprised that instead of Atiku been commended for been matured n honourable in taking the legal path to fight for his case instead of engaging in any form of violence some set of persons with eroded sanity are jeering, condemning n urging him to just accept defeat n move on yet ironically these same set of insane persons will quickly felicitate with their favorite politicians for fighting n winning in court!, zombies will be quick to tell you that buhari going to court even when it was glaring that he lost was a mark of determination but Atiku doing same is unpatroitism, what a shameless display of hypocrisy!the judiciary must stand firm n defend her honour by been just or accept to be compromised at their own peril.

If there's no server, then what was atiku denied access to?

For the benefit of others like you:

INEC has various computer servers, but definitely not the one for 2019 presidential elections. It does not exist!

Moreover the electoral act(until amended) has stipulated how election should be collated,i.e.manually!

Server or no server can never be a decider in this very hopeless Atiku's case.

I keep on wondering whether those shouting server, server, did not watch the manual and very long presidential election results collation on television.

So the court should ignore that ,for an illegal server?

Truly PDP supporters on this issue, are either morons, or have been hypnotized not to think straight.

With the way tribunal and INEC handling this matter it's now clear Buhari cheated in last election that is my conclusion.

If they have nothing to cover why jittery and why counter denial and frustrating every move pdp make

Apc if truly you win be proud to allow pdp to waste their time nah as you claimed.

Out of the remaining three months, atiku has 1 month, apc one month and the court one month.its over up buhari.tuniski, engineerboat and christiannorth
The rejection is cos it is part of substantive matter and therefore can't be entertain at the level of interlocutory.

It is perfectly in order.

We have revoked Intels fraudulent license. We shall revoke his fraudulent University's accreditation. Then he will go and re-apply for employment in Nigeria Customs Service where he originally resigned. Thereafter, the Nigeria Immigration Service will abduct him for being an illigal immigrant living illegally in Nigeria, then he will be dumped in Cameroon. If you think that we cannot depot Atiku, go and read about how Nigeria Ministry of Internal Affairs deported Alhaji Shugaba Darman was deported from Nigeria by the regime of Alhaji Shehu shagari. So, Atikuchukwu is going.

Anyway, I am not surprised, incompetence runs in your blood...!!!

Modified..!!
The Court did not turn down or strike out the request in case you are misunderstanding the statement.
When parties have joined issues, it simply means that counters have been filed against the request made so the Court may not just grant an interlocutory request until the whole matter is argued and heard.

God bless you my brother for that brilliant response. These Buharideens are something else.

Ur points noted but am sure u can b more civil in setting forth ur arguments. I don't no whether "PDP supporters on this issue, are either morons, or have been hypnotized not to think straight", but u weren't able to say what d tribunal denied Atiku/PDP access to by its ruling? I will also would have agreed with but yet again APC/keyamo accused PDP/atiku of hacking INEC server& called in d DSS to investigate this breach. If there's no server as u suggest, then what did APC/keyamo accuse PDP/atiku of hacking?

You are the real,big olodo.

When you insert your card into the card reader, does it also record the party you voted for?

Is server for card reader accreditation the same as server for vote recording and collation?
