My dear don't be deceived, Rivers State Man hardly leaves his state for other States unlike other states indigenes. Where you can see them but hardly is Lagos and Abuja and they are there based on transfer from the organizations they work not to go there to hustle or cause nuisance.

So that means Rivers State must have very very good roads, 24 hrs electricity, pipe borne water, reliable and sustainable security of lives and property, sufficient and efficient transportation facilities, best educational institutions, low crime rate, high employment and employability rate, social infrastructure to accommodate the handicapped, good and well staffed and run health facilities, proper waste management, proper living conditions for the poor and lower income earners, entrepreneurship opportunities, economic sustainability excluding federal government grants, proper wealth distribution, zero casses of political violence, free and fair elections, respect for human rights and finally a good leader who doesn't lie.
