I believe this mentally unstable soldier is guarding SPDC facility at Ogbia.
He is mentally unfit to be in the armed force. By the way ,why should he break an existing law of no commercial bike in Yenagoa?
He is not fit to guard SPDC facility. I repeat He is a source of hazard to personnel and guests at the facility he is guarding.
As for the family of the injured okada man,you guys should do a formal complaint to Shell requesting for justice to be meted to that 'kolo' soldier.
And to the Nigerian Army,this soldier should be dismissed asap.He is a disgrace and mentally unstable to function as a military personnel.
