Depends on how stealthy it is, it takes a super advanced radar system to track 5th generation gadgets. Asides The U.S. and few EU nations, the rest are easy picks. Mind u, low-flying gadgets are impossible to track, no matter your level of advancement hence this owl shape.

Firstly, the bird drone is not stealthy. Stealthy technology is one area of tech that Russia is still trying to understand. Only if Putin can cry to Pentagon, swallow his pride and beg Potus to show him the secret behind stealth technology. Russia is decades behind stealth technology.
Secondly, with the advancement is military technology, anything "stealth" is a complete waste of resources. Many countries now have advance quantum radar that can even detect Angel Micheal.
Low flying object? Lolz, Air defense is not about looking out for what flys up in the sky alone, air defense are integrated in nature, from low level to middle level and then high level. Just like integrating Patriot missile system with Thaad missile system to impose a "no fly zone "

Why do you ascribe different creator to the black and white people? there are no two God that gives life, it's one God over all.
