No price is too expensive for peace to reign and No tribe is important than the other. Manufacturers are giving government loans at discounted interest rate, farmers are giving lands for cultivation at very subsidized rate, Militants are giving amnesty, And investors are wooed with incentives worth more than this.

So if this development will bring peace and draw a boundary, Its highly welcomed.
You are a fool.

If Buhari goes ahead with this Ruga Settlements thing, it doesn't matter who APC fields as its presidential candidate in 2023, APC will lose big time.

Jorussia:
since you are against the establishment of this Ruga settlement what other better alternative do you think the govt should adopt?
The owners of those cows are not poor,a cow worth more the a hundred thousand naira,if you can have fifty cows, why cant you buy land for ranching.

Over there in north land is cheap that you can use a million to buy land that will be enough for your business,

should we use because kidnappers are taken their victims to unknown destination, and then create camps for them so the will stop taking them to their hideout..

This will end the farmers/Herdsmen clashes.

The Governor should capitalize on this initiative and completely ban open grazing without clauses.

Benue state police commissioner should be put in loop of development and anyone found straying or wandering should be arrested henceforth. Outside this settlements, No other settle ment for herdsmen should be allowed in state and a database of practicing herdsmen should be maintained by the state government.

You are mad...so after all the kidnappings, rapings and murders, they should get land as as compensation or what? so was the violence perpetuated by this group all because they were looking for settlements. If that's the case then watch as criminal gangs begin to spring up and demand whatever they want from govt in this foolish society called Nigeria. you don't encourage bad behaviour, deal with it.

You are wasting your time in this trashy defence of Fulani Herdsmen and you know it..SE has said a huge NO to this criminal desire to establish RUGA in our region and that is final,

Lets see how you and your fulani President will force that because you have two heads.

What is great about a supposed forced move? Why are Fulanis/Herders bent on establishing colonies in every part of Nigeria? Why is the Federal government pushing against the will of a state and her people?

Buhari is a cancer, no doubt. He can't remain in power forever and if I were Ortom, I'd sue the Federal government. This is a security issue which must not be taken with levity.

Ortom is too quiet for a governor and the FG knows this. Fayose tackled this menace well Fulanis stayed away from Ekiti up until his tenure lapsed. Any governor who means well for his people would do the same. Enough of Fulanis overrunning Nigeria.

And some on gave birth to this thing... what is applaudable here? Do you have a brain? Can you reason? When will the federal government start giving shelters to car dealers as well... Maybe they should start with your father's house. I am not sure your parents knows about your ailment. Honestly you are 100% sick

Shut the hell up...How can you confine a violent group to a particular space and have peace at night...The herdsmen have become notorious for their violent activities( 4th most dangerous terrorist organisation in the world) and that's why people don't want them. and why is the Federal Government taking a special interest in them. is cattle herding not an agri-business just like poultry or pig farming etc why is a group known for violence given so much attention by trying to appease them. Since when did we start appeasing criminals in society.

So as militants were given amnesty, fulani herdsmen should be allocated other people's possession. If the federal government is really into them, why can't the government ask them for their own lands and help them build ranches? Why forcefully taking other people's possession? Are you sure you are not a cow?

You avoided answering there questions yesterday and cleverly stayed off now I find you spamming threads again about this ruga issue

Now I pose these questions to you again

I normally refrain from political dialogue but I would like to engage you since you seem very intelligent

1. According to your logic the government is doing this to stop the killings rapes and murders by the herdsmen right ?

2. In America the government does not create a settlement for child sex offenders to stop their activities they send them to jail now the business of ranching and the crimes of the herdsmen are separate how then does this government think by creating a settlement it addresses their crimes ?

3 does this logic hold water to you? If yes kindly justify
