Payoneer will charge you $15 (flat rate) to withdraw to your bank account and GTbank charges 0.02% not $50 like this oga is claiming.

And no, u don't need $100 to open a dom account either.

U withdraw d hard currency from your bank and sell to bureau de change. It's usually the same rate you see on abokifx

Yes, it does. You can even withdraw it to ur Naira account directly. But u know this one is subject to bank rates

Please were you asked to provide referees to open the dorm account? If yes can one still withdraw to GTBANK naira bank account with same charges or there will be extra charges made by the bank ? Thanks
