Some people here think that film production is like selling Groundnut and popcorn. It seem they fail to understand that film business is a big project with several stages with quality check. The biggest issue I have with people blaming Snyder on this platform is that they fail to realise that WB (and DC) vetted all the stages from script writing to actor/actress casting to set design to set locations and directing. WB saw and approved the script(s) before they hired Snyder as director. So, how come Snyder gets the blame for everything? The thing is this, WB has been shady each time about their genuine intentions for DC. They are an organisation that lack foresight, focus and discipline, otherwise their creative team should have rejected the scripts. To me, BVS should have been two movies, heck, that was why Snyder had tons of unused footages. But WB was too greedy. Apart from Snyder having his own style of film-making, it was even Christopher Nolan that recommended him to WB for MOS trilogy which WB eventually shunted. Let's be realistic, even the movies WB/DC are currently producing lack the depth, seriousness and realism that TDK and MOS had. This is why I think the quality has really nosedived.

Wb did not mess with anybody...you love snyder i get it but man fvcked up after many oppurtunities....he can direct and has really good imagination but its hard for him to summarize those ideas in a movie without scattering himself allover the place...like someone said maybe he should switch to tv series where he really can express himself
