Exactly what the EPL needs

What attack, he didnt attack against Senegal

He is playing his level and you call that attacking?

He didn't do so because of the players at his disposal

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not for Amunike taking the Job should Rohr leave. I too have had enough of the shenanigans of our local coaches

May be a good fit for Brighton based on their system

Ohhh that reminds me, their coach has been sacked. Well, who knows

he performed superbly well and no top tier club in turkey snapped him up? zoboizee the hype man
zoboizee:

It is very obvious you never followed his performance in Turkey. Ifeanyi Mathew never flopped. Do your findings. That guy is gifted.

The guy would do well in EPL

Teams like Brighton, Crystal Palace don't have an Olunga

Amunike is not doing badly

But he's not exceptionally to compare him to anyone even the Kenyan coach is having the same good game

give amuneke wetin? una don start abi? we dey go forward abi backward? i trust pinnick not to make such sentimental mistake. if rohr leaves the nff should go for a more advanced gaffer than turning to our local coaches wey go use their paddy paddy matter scatter what rohr have been building for the past 3 years now

I am with realpoacher on this. I believe Amunike would put in far better performances and results if he was the boss of the current crop of talents in the Super Eagles pool.

Why? I have repeatedly hammered on my dislike of Rohr’s lack of adventure in his coaching pattern.

I can see that many people here are running off with the opinion: there are no longer minnows in African football. They're saying this as though it's a good thing, what's happening.

I strongly disagree, there's nothing to celebrate! This is a an indication of how stagnated the growth of African football is presently and that's me being fair, as in reality, there has been a major regression on the part of footballing nations who were towering above others in the not so distant past.

Look at the Egypt, CIV, Nigeria of those years struggling to get wins over teams like Zimbabwe, Burundi, Madagascar and the likes.

I can't join in the party celebrating complacency.
