Well
Even though Nigeria is not playing very well I think we’ll still lift the trophy
We just need Ighalo to hit top form

I'd pick him ahead of Iwobi anytime anyday. Tau's natural skills are way above Iwobi's standard. Forget say Iwobi dey Arsenal.

lol, you know better than European scouts, reason why only Brighton could go for him and they even loaned him to a division 2 club in Belgium not even Sampdoria, Genk or Leganese

Morrocco struggled to beat Namibia. They were aided by an own goal.
They can't beat us.
No team in this AFCON can beat us in 120 minutes.
Maybe penalties!
Ivory coast and Senegal are carpenters team.

Good news is coming so early in the season...

The Rush To Belgium...

Junior Pius
Odey
Hopefully Iheanacho joins them grin

However, Ozornwafor s pay is small 2k euro per week...though increases in the second year...

He better play well to renegotiate or be bought by another team

Can you give me positives about Ighalo or I shall name you pessimist grin

either way, we're under no illusions of our team's merits, unlike you guys who are still clearly living on past glories. This current Nigeria team is pretty average. Just check how you overate guys like Mikel and iwobi

Not as much as percy tau is overrated. At least Mikel and Iwobi have played in the highest level of football.

If you follow this thread, you'd realise that most are under no illusions about our team. We know the strengths and weaknesses.

you always mistake playing for the likes of Arsenal as proof of being a superior player, look at mustafi for example. Tau might play in the Belgian league but he's far better than both Mikel and iwobi and I'm not the first to allude to this in this thread.

Mainly south Africans have made such claims on this thread by the way.

If Tau achieves half of what Mikel did in his career, he will be a south African legend.

Mikel has led Nigeria to AFCON gold, Olympic bronze.. At club level, he has won everything including putting arguably a MOTM performance in the champions league final.

Tau at this time can not clean Mikel's boots.

Tau needs to prove himself at a high level first. He was decidedly poor against Namibia.

Percy Tau is no where close to being better than Iwobi and this is coming from someone who likes him and watched him a bit back when he was at Sundowns.

There's nothing Tau can do with the ball that I haven't seen Iwobi do.
His end product isn't better. What are you on about? Tau can't even dream of bossing the Belgian league like the likes of Onyekuru and Moses Simon have done.
