It's alright. What I suspect might be wrong is your information on your Ds-160. Apart from that, maybe your composure during the interview was weak or you're not giving us a transparent story.

Way forward? Yes, you can reapply but make sure you do a little assignment on why you were refused.

GAs with a huge deficit. That’s funny � the reason is because the living expenses is Tennessee is high. The GA covers completely her out of state and instate tuition plus stipend.

@Rosetinah You should do a little assignment on the information you supplied. Are you going for the same course as your undergraduate degree and your I-20, check very well to see you have not made any mistake on your application.

If you are certain your information is accurate and you have no other application submitted in your name to the Embassy, fire again. You won’t be interviewed by the same VO. Make sure you are not.

So here's the thing:
You deserve to be heard, you deserve to be heard. All the persons I know that had interview in Abuja last week were denied despite the full/good funding. It's really not a location kini.
I hope this denial gives you momentum to relaunch a better version of yourself in your next interview. Just like Aaliyah, dust yourself off and try again, there's a visa approval with your name all over it, go get it.

As long as you are comfortable in the outfit, as long as it's decent and neat, I believe you can.
If you feel people will be looking at you awkwardly and it could affect your composure, please just wear shirt, trousers and shoes. You can even rub small powder and lip gloss

Of course not. Go to a standard studio and ask them to take a 2×2 passport photograph of you in a WHITE background. The passport you uploaded in your DS-160 should be ideal. Please let me know if you require additional information.

The course i djd in undergrad is MIS and am going for masters in information systems. I filled my information well and correct.. I'm using uncle as sponsor for the deficit. It was my first time the day...

I was composed actually.. Also was not told reason for refuse, just given pink paper...
I even have home ties.. Have a job am returning to but VO did not even allowed me to talk

I think you need to have a transcript created. That is one thing on this thread that helps a lot of people prepare.
I believe the second time around with all you have garnered on this forum, you will be much more prepared.

If it is all those kind of senator native then cool, but again I think a simple nice shirt and trouser will do it.
But my advice is to wear what makes you most comfortable.

Perhaps your uncle doesn't want you to be successful. Even the Lincoln University (the red flag school) at Oakland won't fit into your budget. Do you know how much it cost to live in California alone? Your $10k is a mess.

Use that $10k to write GRE and TOEFL, apply to as many schools as possible, pay for SEVIS fee and schedule a visa appointment.
Don't rush it.. America no dey run.
Anyways, you're free to shove that petty advice back in my face...
