The Biblical concept that “Jesus Christ is God” has raised a lot of dust regarding His authenticity across religions as truely God and truely human. Several believes had contended the claim that Jesus is God. Even within the Christian fold some still question the validity of Jesus being God. The cradle of this doubt or disbelieve stems from the fact that many religions other than Christianity find it hard to believe that God Almighty can have a Son. Yes, if someone can believe that God the creator of heaven and earth can have a son; such person or believer is already on the boulevard of believing that Jesus is God. However, Holy Bible and other Spiritual Books operate on a parallel line that can never meet. It is the believe of the Christians that Holy Bible was written by the inspiration of God (Holy Spirit). Holy Spirit filled the hearts of young men and women and sprout heavenly thoughts for the consumption of the earthly beings. At this juncture, it is exclusively important to strike a balance, a distinction of some germane points before entering into the main topic. First, the basis of my believe and explanations is the Holy Bible. Second, the person of the Holy Spirit whom Jesus Christ refers to as “Him” is God and He is the third person of the Trinity; Jesus Christ the Son of Almighty God the creator of heaven and earth is also God (Jesus Christ), He is the second person of the Trinity while God Almighty the maker of everything (heaven and earth) is the first person of the Trinity. These viewpoints portray the existence of Triune God in One person, with distinctive duties in the history of mankind. All of them co-exist in pure and unalloyed LOVE that can never be asundered.
The nature and substance of God Almighty is love, the creator of heaven and earth. Out of love God Almighty created human beings and placed them in the Garden of Eden; that great deceiver, deceived our fore-fathers with empty promises. Unfortunately they yielded to the temptation of the evil one. Consequently, they lost that divine nature in which God Almighty had created them with. Following the moment human being lost his divine nature; God has already planned the restoration of mankind back to his divine nature in love. Divine nature does not: die, weep, face hardship, feel hunger and Labour among others. Our fore-fathers eat from that tree of death and they were banished from the Beautiful Garden.
God Almighty created the universe with the “Word”, this same word was sent by God Almighty to rescue His work (human-being) from eternal destruction true sin. Sin is that enigma that build wall between us and God. The word that came from God which God Himself cherish so much came in flesh redeeming His creatures. This word is that GREAT LIGHT that shines over His subjects (good and bad) during the day; this represents the presence of God. The Light of God illumines the whole heaven and this same Light has descended to the earth. This Word was born to us in the person of JESUS CHRIST. Jesus is the Light and the Word, that dwells among men of goodwill. The Word itself is life, a life eternal. Our fore-fathers disobeyed the Word and we in contemporary time are called to obey the Word.
God Almighty, dated from the fall of mankind has been devising means of restoring mankind to Himself. He entered unfailing covenant with Father of Faith (Abraham). Through the seed of this man of faith, God Almighty fashioned a generation for Himself that will serve Him in Truth and Spirit. His precepts and ordinances will be in their hearts. The heart of stone will be replaced with flesh fraught with Spirit of Mercy and Prayer. His descendants both young and old will be filled with the Holy Spirit of great power doing extraordinary things that flesh cannot do.
In this process of restoration, God called Moses in Egypt to lead His people to the place He has promised their ancestors. Moses responded with a question in acceptance of the task, “what is your name?” and the Great Man in Battle answered him “I AM WHO I AM” (Exodus, 3:14). God mandated Moses, tell them that ‘I am Who I am’ has sent you to them. God Almighty in this encounter with Moses refers to Himself as “I AM WHO I AM”. Similarly, Jesus Christ rebuked the Pharisees and Scribes of their evils deeds. Jesus continued in that encounter that, “I AM WHO I AM (John, 8: 24; Good News)” repent and believe in the Gospel if not you will all die in your sins. If God Almighty is I AM WHO I AM and Jesus Christ His Son says I AM WHO I AM, then Jesus Christ is God. This Jesus Christ is the Word who created the world out of love. The world was created with great command of words; sea cannot pass its boundary while animals cannot go haywire against man, everything created has its limits with the word with unfathomable wisdom the first gift of the Holy Spirit.
The concept that Jesus Christ is Son of God is rooted in the Holy Bible not in other Spiritual Books outside Christianity. But rationally, can God have a Son? Does it mean that God has a wife? Yes God can have a Son without a wife or woman. The Holy Bible revealed that Jesus Christ was conceived without His parents having knowledge of each other. Also, Holy Bible established that Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary and she conceived the Saviour of the world (Jesus Christ). Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary and she conceived; and Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, meaning Holy Spirit is also God. Does Holy Spirit had intercourse with Mary? NO! If Holy Spirit can perform all these miraculously without having an affair with human then God can rationally and Biblically have a Son without consummation. The move of the Holy Spirit can never be completely understood by mankind. God who created heaven and earth can do just everything, to fulfil His word. God told Moses, He said, ‘I am God’, is there anything difficult for me to do? And definitely nothing is difficult for God to do. He created the world outside the world, that means He is more than the world. He mould the world, He can decide to destroy it and re-mould it. Summarily, what I am driving at here is that, God can have a Son without knowledge of a woman. Because He is all powerful God. He Himself created woman, so He does not need a woman to fulfil His purpose on earth, except if He wish to.
God Almighty created the world and the human beings therein, Jesus Christ redeem mankind through His Precious Blood on the Calvary and Holy Spirit the comforter, sanctifier and advocate completed the work of Jesus Christ, through the Word of God which has been revealed through Jesus Christ. Till-date, the power of the Holy Spirit moves anywhere He wishes with the mark of Jesus Christ. All of them work together cohesively with unfathomable love that can never be exhausted by human intellect. The concept of the Trinity is deep and mysterious.
In conclusion, the person of Elizabeth wife of Zachariah when filled with Holy Spirit exclaimed “who, I am” for the mother of my LORD to visit me. This utterance of Elizabeth was prompted by the Holy Spirit. The word LORD is also God. Many people in the Holy Bible have addressed Jesus as the LORD (Thomas Apostle). JESUS CHRIST IS GOD! Jesus Christ is a stumbling block for many; He is also inspiration to many. Those who has been redeemed by His Precious Blood are heirs of Abraham. These set of people too are qualified to eat from the tree of life, the person of Jesus Christ.

'But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him. 24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For he “has put everything under his feet.” Now when it says that “everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28 When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.'

Yes! Jesus is not equal with God in so many ways, He refers to His Father and our Father too..........He is God the Son. So Jesus is God and also from d perspective of Trinity......I knw ure not refuting that anyway, thanks for d addition!
