Let's see if he will still have the same struggles he has had with grapplers in the past but it's almost like he's honed his Knockout Power to a point where you might not get a chance to turn the fight to gidigbo

With the way things currently are, i highly doubt the possibility of being able to tackle him to the ground. He punches very hard, and it takes just one punch to throw the opponent off his rhythm.

Yeah he has vastly improved his takedown defense like we saw when he fought Cain, Cain got knocked da fuq out before he tried his gidigbo moves.

I was one of those who thought Askren should be able to handle Masvidal easily. But recently the man started talking too much that I started hoping, nay praying, that Masvidal should beat him even though I still thought that was unlikely. Unfortunately for him, he succeeded in riling Masvidal up so much that that one just wanted to kill him right from the beginning.

But recently the man started talking too much that I started hoping, nay praying, that Masvidal should beat him even though I still thought that was unlikely. Unfortunately for him, he succeeded in riling Masvidal up so much that that one just wanted to kill him right from the beginning.

He talked a good one leading up to the fight to the point where you either back it up or look like a complete Eediot. This was the worst possible outcome.

The way Masvidal leapt like a friggin panther though. It completely caught Askren by suprise.

What's your position on the Jones/Santos fight. I think Bones barely escaped with a win and could potentially have lost if Thiago didn't get hurt. It's the hardest I've ever seen Jones get pushed since the first Gustaffson fight

They need to run that Jones-Santos fight back. I have been watching all Jones's fight since his comeback and I am afraid to say the man hasn't been looking as good as he did since his last fight with DC. That guy was probably really dependent on Turinabol after all.
