I mistakenly force this weather app on my techno tab to stop, since then the app has been misbehaving. It always pooping up and won't allow me to operate the phone, kindly find my attached image. Please suggest ways in which I can resolve this but I don't want to factory reset the settings because I will lose all my files Thank you
