Flashing is the only solution
back up your files and flash the phone
Not factory reset oo Or it will enter FRP
Flash with stock file

Maybe the 32 GB memory is fake like the stupid phone I bought last mth.Just 700mb video and the phone got full.cleared cache and all, flashed it.later we found the problem
God will still punish that man that sold me this Lg clone.

Just buy an SD card and change the storage to it.

Go to your WhatsApp folder, locate database folder, there are some heavy files there, they are your WhatsApp backup which automatically backs up everyday. Delete all as it'll again create itself automatically

Also locate thumbnail folder, it carries heavy unnecessary files. Delete the entire folder, it's of no use. Some phones, the folder is located in the DCIM

Dat is not a virus neither does it require flashing... All U have to do is better manage ur fone storage. There are several ways U could find out what's eating up ur space but I'll recommend U do d following first.

First things first locate ur whatsapp folder thru any file manager , enta d databases folder and delete everything in there leaving only d last .crypt file without date.

Secondly go to ur DCIM folder from ur file manager, den enta d .thumbnails folder.. (Make sure ur file manager can view hidden files). In d thumbnails folder u'll see large file thumbs cache backups in d folder jus leave d largest and delete d others

Anoda way U can go about finding out what's eating ur space is by running a memory scan of ur phone. If U have Es Explorer U can run d scan using Es Explorer or U can thru My files menu(File manager)..

Get FileGo from playstore, it would help you clear unwanted files. Or open your file manager and delete the android and backup folder

Thank me later

Es Explorer is quite useful. It helps U kip track of d numerous files Ur device kips creating dat eats up ur space though newer android versions seems to have rendered some of its functions redundant. I simply use Solid explorer now

Open es file explorer , go to internal memory, WhatsApp but I'metty sure whatsapp alone would take minimum of 3gb. Go to WhatsApp media and move everything there to ur memory card. Sometimes WhatsApp media can take up to 5-7gb of ur internal memory. Delete the ones u don't need or move to SD card. If u also use telegram that one too has a way of eating up ur memory. Move all telegram media to SD card. Problem solved

Simple uninstall some apps
Then make SD your primary storage.

That’s it when you downloading or installing an app it should save on SD and phone that’s all.

Very correct..!

Another thing, Efemena216 , is to install X-plore app, it's a file explorer. Click on the filled storage in the app and click disk map by the side. You'll see.

Also check your . thumbnails hidden folder in your DCIM/camera folder on your file explorer. Then whatsapp database.

This is not a matter of flashy Chinese products. Before the iPhone 7, apple still had 16gb versions of the 6d and 6s plus. Which means 16gb is all u got, no expandable memory. Just a few apps, pictures and videos and u are out of memory. Is that also a flashy Chinese product? I cannot use any phone with less than 32 gb memory so far there's space for expansion. If there's no space for expansion then anything below 128gb is a no no.

Do you download videos with vidmate or similar apps? Videos downloaded with such apps usually store videos under ANDROID /DATA...
You either delete such videos or move then to your SD card
