Nigeria is a divided country and can never develop,Nigeria don't have uniform development and some tribes conive with each other to make sure that others sharing country with them don't get anything. Imaging somebody travelling all the way from Enugu or calabar just to board a flight to live nigeria in Lagos while in South Africa you can leave the country at any nearest international airport,be it Port Elizabeth, Cape town,Pretoria, Johannesburg etc.

Last December over 1million came for holiday in South Africa and how many visited Nigeria ?
