Why will federal government so much concern about perticular private business to the extent of making large land available for them across Nigeria States and to be fully funded by our common wealth?

Will the proceeds from such activities return to the federal wallet to be share accordingly in terms of federal allocation?

You clearly understand what is up. Most Nigerians don't understand what is going on. They don't understand that it's not about whether it's in their State or not. Buhari wants the Fulanis to become the majority. And he will do it by importing Fulanis into Nigeria from all over West Africa.

If I want to do business in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna etc, I will have to look for shop, negotiate with the owner of the shop and pay him. That is how it should be not the other way round.

This ruga idea of a thing is a very dumb idea. The southern part of the country and middle belt should be left out of this policy. Majority of the landmass of this country belongs to the North and the north already have enough land to entertain the fulanis. I think the north should be one responsible for resettling the Fulani. The Fulanis are from the north and should fully be settled in that domain.
